Lien has more than 16 years of experience under her belt, witnessing and playing an active role in the blooming advertising industry in Vietnam. She had been with McCann Erickson, Ogilvy, and Lowe before joining TBWA\ Group Vietnam.

In her 5 years working with the Disruption® approach, Lien and her team had enjoyed incredible journeys with clients and consumers. She believes advertising should be about finding creative solutions and delivering them in a sincere manner.
